Q	Can you match xxx.COM's website price? Can you match the price of this guy who sells this at work for $5 cheaper and it's programmed?
A	NO! We DO NOT match any prices. No price protection either. The price may change without notice. We have full time employee expenses, rent of a warehouse therefore NO! We will NOT match any price. However, we will match prices if a business has a legitimate store located with properly registered business. Remember, website operations DO NOT cost as much as having a warehouse and full time employees to support the product you sell. So we don't compete with the guy who sells from back of his truck and you will never see him again.
Q	I am looking for a product that you do not have listed.
A	Call the wholesale number that is listed below. If we can get you that product, we will be glad to work with you.
Q	I like your prices, but I am located in USA, can you ship me these units?
A	First, all prices are in Canadian dollars and second, Yes! we can ship to the USA. At the moment, shipping is limited to Canada/USA.
Q	If you can not provide the software for the receivers, I am not buying from your company!
A	We don't care! We are hardware distributors only! Absolutely, no software/hacking/bins/illegal questions. From day one (five years ago), we strictly have been dealing with true free to air only!
Q	Do you sell any clones?
A	No, we don't carry any clones. ALL original receivers are bought straight from major distributors. You can compare our products with manufacturer's website to make sure that all products we sell are authentic. Q	I accidentally put wrong file on my receiver, the receiver is broken right now. Can you fix/replace the unit?
A	If you want us to fix a unit, you are looking at $60 to repair the unit. If we can not fix the unit we do not charge anything.
