How does price-match guarantee/beat work?

If you find a lower advertised price in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and surrounding areas on a new, identical item, just bring in or email us the advertisement and we'll MATCH/BEAT that price.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that price guarantee is applicable before or / at the time of purchase ONLY.  We do not offer any sort of price protection.  Price match guarantee does not apply after you have purchased the item and then you find out that one of our competitor now has a lower price.  Occasionally, our prices suddenly drop without notice.

 Guarantee applies to (Satellite items ONLY!) Our competition store must be a registered business with a proper location and have normal store hours. No fly by night, garage sale, back of a van deal, or a colleague selling at work type of deal! When we are matching a price, Debit Card/Credit card may not be used to purchase an item to avoid high transaction fees.

NOTE: We ONLY beat/price-match the FINAL AFTER TAX price.

EXAMPLE: If competition is selling SONIC VIEW for $139+tax. Their final price after taxes will be $159.46. Therefore, we are willing to match and mostly like BEAT their FINAL AFTER TAX price. Just call/email us.

Which items do we price match/beat?

All the satellite items. Dishes, LNBFs, switches, cables, receivers and all other available satellite items. The item must be original, identical, including model number, components and warranty. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from competitor, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify. We WILL call and confirm the price.   Also, price match only works if you are buying the items IN-PERSON.  No online orders etc.

Which items aren't available for price match?

Computer products and services. Anything other than satellite equipment. Items sold on auction sites or at local or special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary, special orders, private sales, free offers, or liquidation sales). We don't price if any typographical errors occur. Clone receivers don't qualify as well.

Are quantities limited on price-matched products?

We may limit the quantities of price-matched items, particularly if the other company does. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.
