Our store conducts business in a professional manner. We treat every customer with respect and honour. We also provide a lot of room for our customers to walk around and see what we have to offer. Some other stores may offer you slightly lower prices, but your experience may not be as enjoyable, especially if you feel that you are buying from a parking lot (garage) and encounter discourteous employees. Our goal is to provide neat, clean and friendly service. We follow strict rules to make sure every customer has a pleasant experience at BOSS. Also, we are constantly working to improve our website so you can get the most up-to-date information.

Location & Hours
Our store is located at a very convenient location. We offer a lot of parking space for our customers. Unlike some downtown stores, you do not have to be concerned about finding a parking space. We are open late to accommodate our customers who finish their jobs late in the afternoon. We are even open on Saturdays and Sundays to take care of needs, when most business are closed.

Quality
We trust in quality products. Computers built with quality parts such as Asus, MSI, and AOpen provide customers a peace of mind on their investment. Quality parts come with 1 full year of warranty. Please note that we do offer budget components, but we caution our customers regarding warranty issues. Computer companies like ECS, PC chips, DEER, L&C, AN, are NOT well known for using quality electronic components. Our Low end products carry very limited warranty.

Software Piracy Protection
We believe in respecting intellectual property, therefore, we do not load any of our systems with any pirated operating systems or applications. The term "software piracy" covers several different activities: illegal copying of programs, counterfeiting and distributing software—even sharing a program with a friend. It is important to understand the different ways software is pirated, not just to comply with the law but to protect yourself and your computer. If you bring in your computer to be serviced, please make sure you bring along a certificate of authenticity of your operating system or application. WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

No Integration Fee!
We do offer a few ready-made computer systems; however, we believe that everyone's needs are diverse. We concentrate on designing a custom system that fits your requirements. Let us know your budget and needs, and we can tailor a custom solution for you. You may think that custom computer system will cost you more but as soon as you decide to choose 4 or more products, we can offer a package deal to save you money.

Warranty
We stand behind our products and services and offer warranty on all items and services, unless otherwise specified.

Business Infrastructure
Whenever you purchase a product or service, you will walk out with a proper printed invoice with all the products and terms clearly explained such as warranty and returns. If you can't find your receipt after the purchase, NO problem! Let us know approximately when you purchased the product/service and we will take care of the rest. A comprehensive system has been put in place to fulfill customer service.

Internet has become one of the important aspects of our modern lives. Without it, it is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain latest information.
